IS IT OVEN SAFE? No, it’s not oven safe, because the handles and knobs are made of bakelite. IS IT DISHWASHER SAFE? The glass lid isn’t available for dishwasher , the dishwasher machine will damage the nonstick coating by time; the induction plate is made of metal, it will get oxidation after long time use in the dishwasher, so we suggest not use in the dishwasher. FOR THE FIRST TIME USE Before first use, please tear up the label, then rinse thoroughly and wipe dry by sponge. Brush 1-2 spoons of cooking oil on the surface of the cookware with little heat. HOW TO CLEAN THE COOKWARE? Non-stick surface is very easy to clean, please try to wash by hand, then rinse thoroughly by sponge and wipe dry before storage.
